Description
I always miss the Sanderlings when the leave in the spring to return to their breeding grounds. While they usually hang out in groups on the beach, their groups will start to grow as they stage for their migration. On this day, however, they kept busy running in and out of the water and back and forth on the beach as they fed themselves in typical frantic Sanderling style.
