This could be the last water abstract of the season, and I find myself already missing the possibilities, but as one season phases, another one arrives with other possibilities. I love how this feels like winter (when this was taken) with the combination of colors. I know winter is not on everyone's favorite list, but I like it.

I grew up in Kansas, just outside of Kansas City, and while some might find the endless rolling plains to be boring, I love the open space and fantastic sunsets. I have since lived in Minnesota, Rhode Island (briefly), New Hampshire, and now reside in Massachusetts. Most of my photos were taken in New England. I started taking pictures around the age of 10, borrowing my dad's point and shoot to document my adventures during a trip to Colorado with close family friends.
