The berries of the Winterberry Bush sure pack a red punch, don't they? It's Fall, but the berries have arrived, and against the green of leaves, I can't stop thinking about the coming Christmas season. If you're anything like me, you probably didn't want to hear the "C" word just yet, but tell me, did your mind go there too when you saw this?

I grew up in Kansas, just outside of Kansas City, and while some might find the endless rolling plains to be boring, I love the open space and fantastic sunsets. I have since lived in Minnesota, Rhode Island (briefly), New Hampshire, and now reside in Massachusetts. Most of my photos were taken in New England. I started taking pictures around the age of 10, borrowing my dad's point and shoot to document my adventures during a trip to Colorado with close family friends.
