Artist's Description

My husband and I headed to a familiar spot, Moose Hill Wildlife Refuge, but we headed out on some trails we hadn't gone on before thinking we'd avoid some of the more hilly trails; with all the leaves on the ground, things get a little slippery on the hills, and with the camera, I prefer to avoid it. Somewhere during our hike, I stopped to photograph this Maple Tree in full Fall color.

I am particularly fond of birds, and I share a love of birding with my...
