Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

Woohoo! My husband spotted this handsome guy on a walk recently. We don't see Scarlet Tanagers that often, and this guy is brilliantly decked out in scarlet and black feathers. He hop-flew between a few branches a few times before heading into the woods. He was the highlight of the day!

I grew up in Kansas, just outside of Kansas City, and while some might find the endless rolling plains to be boring, I love the open space and fantastic sunsets. I have since lived in Minnesota, Rhode Island (briefly), New Hampshire, and now reside in Massachusetts. Most of my photos were taken in New England. I started taking pictures around the age of 10, borrowing my dad's point and shoot to document my adventures during a trip to Colorado with close family friends. My love of animals and all of God's creation has inspired me ever since. There are so many details to discover outdoors, from bees collecting nectar to the great expanse of mountains and oceans. Linda .. he is gorgeous!!!! I've only seen these beauties from a great distance. Even with my long lens, 500mm, he's little more than a spec. I am pea green with jealousy over this wonderful capture of yours!!!! You must have been hopping up and down with excitement!!! I know I would have been!!! Congratulations!!!
