I wonder what it will take to get that log to make it over the edge of the dam? I kind of like how it is hanging over the edge and how it breaks up that fall reflection on the water. It seems to be jammed up against the lip of the dam. I predict it will be there fore quite some time until we get a really heavy rain to float it on over.

I grew up in Kansas, just outside of Kansas City, and while some might find the endless rolling plains to be boring, I love the open space and fantastic sunsets.
