The Black-capped Chickadee is the MA state bird, and they are quite a cute state bird, if you ask me. I had been standing and looking over an area hoping to get a shot of one of the numerous birds hanging out there when this cutie here came from behind and flew just a few inches from my head and landed right in front of me in this bush? tree? Sweet blessing!
