Artist's Description
Every beach has one, and this beach was no exception. This sanderling was chasing one of the semi-palmated sandpipers out of his feeding area. He was the only sanderling on the beach, and I wondered if he knew there were several groups of sanderlings at another beach about a mile away. Image photographed in Westport, MA
About Linda Bonaccorsi
Linda Bonaccorsi, owner of EveryBitBeautiful, is a self-taught, outdoor photographer based in Massachusetts. She took her first pictures at the age of 10 with her father’s point and shoot.
