I don't know who Allen was, but he has a salt pond named after him. I'm going to assume that Allen also enjoyed the view of this seascape that is separated from the pond by a long strip of beach. Do you think he spent his time walking along the rocks?

I grew up in Kansas, just outside of Kansas City, and while some might find the endless rolling plains to be boring, I love the open space and fantastic sunsets. I have since lived in Minnesota, Rhode Island (briefly), New Hampshire, and now reside in Massachusetts. Most of my photos were taken in New England.
